‘Unequal Justice’

“The lawyer for a drunk driver who killed a family of four in Saskatoon last year has defended ‘alternative justice’ measures after the bereaved family expressed outrage that the driver was no longer in a penitentiary.

erblunequaljustice800x800

“In January, Catherine McKay received a sentence of 10 years for killing Chanda and Jordan Van de Vorst and their children, Kamryn and Miguire, while she was driving impaired.

“Jordan’s father, Lou Van de Vorst, expressed outrage this week after McKay was transferred to a healing lodge for ‘indigenous’ {‘Siberian settler’} women one month after she received her sentence.

“We’re hurt. We’re angry. We’re upset,” said Van de Vorst. “To me the punishment doesn’t fit the crime. Something’s not right there.” {!}

‘Not With A Bang, But A Whimper’

“On Thursday morning {Feb. 23, 2017}, law enforcement entered the ‘Oceti Sakowin’ camp to do a final sweep before officially shutting it down, ending a months-long protest against the completion of the nearby ‘Dakota Access Pipeline’.

erblnotwithabangbutawhimper800x800“The Oceti Sakowin camp was the largest of several temporary camps on the northern edge of the Standing Rock Sioux Reservation in North Dakota. Protesters have been living on this land for months…

“The ‘North Dakota Joint Information Center’ reports that 46 people were arrested today. Others left the camp voluntarily throughout the day, according to a news release from the center… Continue reading ‘Not With A Bang, But A Whimper’

‘Changing Canada’s Citizenship Oath’

“New Canadians will soon promise to honour {dishonest interpretations of} treaties with ‘indigenous’ {‘Siberian settler’} peoples as part of their oath of citizenship.

erblchangingcanadascitizenshipoath800x800

“The mandate letter for new Immigration Minister {Somalian-born refugee} Ahmed Hussen lists making the change to the swearing-in ceremony as one of his key priorities, along with enhancing refugee resettlement services and cutting wait times for application processing.

“According to the mandate letter, the proposed change is to reflect the {Partial} Truth and {One-way} Reconciliation Commission’s calls to action.  Continue reading ‘Changing Canada’s Citizenship Oath’

‘Guilty Until Proven Innocent’

“The only ‘indigenous’ {‘Siberian settler’} professor on a committee working on a new sexual assault policy at the University of British Columbia has resigned from the group after the school brought back John Furlong to speak at an upcoming fundraiser.

erblguiltyuntilproveninnocent800x800

“Daniel Heath Justice said in a letter to university president Santa Ono that the decision “silenced and erased” {unproven} allegations that Furlong physically abused ‘First Nations’ students while teaching at a Catholic school in Burns Lake, B.C., in 1969 and 1970.

{Actually, what “silenced and erased” the allegations was that police could not find evidence to substantiate any charges; yet, decades later aboriginal race activists continue to persecute Furlong…}  Continue reading ‘Guilty Until Proven Innocent’

‘Apartheid Kills’

“I believe and see evidence that the great fundamental problem lies with the ‘apartheid’ system into which Aboriginals have been thrust for 150 years or more,” Lefrançois wrote in his report. “It is time to put an end to this apartheid system, and for all of the authorities concerned to confront that challenge.”

erblapartheidkills800x800

“A Quebec coroner’s report on five suicides in two Innu communities in the province said a system similar to apartheid is at the root of the problems that led to the people’s deaths.

“Despite all the money and efforts of the various levels of government over the past few decades, despite the treaties and agreements signed and the many discussions and negotiations, little is changing. To expect an improvement, you have to address the problems and consider solutions differently”, wrote Lefrancois…

‘Canada’s Newest Tribe’

Instead of ending Segregation and Race Based Law, our governments are still engaged in expanding them:

“…in 2008 the Government of Canada and the Federation of the Newfoundland Indians reached an agreement to create the new Qalipu Mi’kmaq Indian ‘First Nation’.”

‘Rewriting History: Wounded Knee’

December 29th was the 126th anniversary of the Wounded Knee ‘Massacre’, an event that is being portrayed as similar to the Nazis lining up unarmed Jews alongside a ditch and executing them (As in the featured image). However, an eyewitness account tells quite a different story of the unfolding of this tragedy

‘Pipe Fiction’

Canadian media continues to give widespread exposure to unelected, unaccountable, misleading aboriginal race activists, further exacerbating an unhealthy racist discourse in Canada:

erblpipefiction800x800

“From Standing Rock to The Assembly of ‘First Nations’…opposition to pipelines has become a rallying cry, and a hill many political leaders have staked out as their preferred location for death…

“…A few years ago, I visited the Unist’ot’en camp in British Columbia. This camp is located west of Prince George, on the proposed right-of-way of the ‘Gateway’ pipeline. I was impressed by the resolve and commitment of the people who had set up camp and remained for several years. They were creating a permanent settlement within ‘their’ unceded territory.

He conveniently omits the fact that the protest camp is at least partly funded by Vancouver Lower Mainland anarchists and environmentalists, was initially set up to oppose a natural gas pipeline that is also coming through that area, and is NOT supported by the local elected tribal chiefs..:  Continue reading ‘Pipe Fiction’

‘Systemic Racism’ In Canadian Military?’

The CBC is at it again. This time, it’s “systemic racism” in the Canadian military, and it’s based on a ‘draft report’ produced by the ‘Defence Aboriginal Advisory Group’, using a miniscule sample size of uninvestigated reports… Yes, more quality ‘journalism’:

erblsystemicracismincanadianmilitary800x800

“‘Indigenous’ {‘Siberian settler’} members of the Canadian military face “systemic racism”, according to a draft report obtained by ‘CBC News’ that calls for an external review…

“Of the 230 ‘indigenous’ military members canvassed by the ‘Defence Aboriginal Advisory Group’ group, only 16 responded, reporting 40 incidents.

Despite the low response rate, the group said the problem is widespread {?} and many incidents go unreported over fear of reprisal {Evidence?}…  Continue reading ‘Systemic Racism’ In Canadian Military?’

‘Rebuilding The Tower of Babel’

The greatest barrier between people is language and the Government of Canada isn’t doing anyone any favours – particularly aboriginals – by erecting more barriers, none of which will help aboriginal youth find success in the modern world:

“Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says the government will introduce an ‘Indigenous’ {‘Siberian settler’} Languages Act’ in hopes of preserving and revitalizing ‘First Nations’, ‘Metis’ and Inuit languages in Canada.”
