‘Enough Of Us Hating Ourselves’

“Europeans and those from other continents who immigrated legally to Canada and their descendants, have a right to live here equal to that of any ‘indigenous’ person.”

“It is surely time for a serious, non-partisan, open-minded public policy discussion of the subject of ‘indigenous people’ {‘descendants of Siberian settlers’}. I believe there is a very strong consensus that everyone wishes them well; most people acknowledge that the native people have some legitimate grievances and want to address them, and almost everyone acknowledges that official policy in this area has been unsuccessful. And a great many people are tired of the issue and impatient for a change in the ambiance of ever-greater expense and more militantly-expressed native grievances.  Continue reading ‘Enough Of Us Hating Ourselves’

‘Changing Canada’s Citizenship Oath’

“New Canadians will soon promise to honour {dishonest interpretations of} treaties with ‘indigenous’ {‘Siberian settler’} peoples as part of their oath of citizenship.

erblchangingcanadascitizenshipoath800x800

“The mandate letter for new Immigration Minister {Somalian-born refugee} Ahmed Hussen lists making the change to the swearing-in ceremony as one of his key priorities, along with enhancing refugee resettlement services and cutting wait times for application processing.

“According to the mandate letter, the proposed change is to reflect the {Partial} Truth and {One-way} Reconciliation Commission’s calls to action.  Continue reading ‘Changing Canada’s Citizenship Oath’

‘Systemic Racism’ In Canadian Military?’

The CBC is at it again. This time, it’s “systemic racism” in the Canadian military, and it’s based on a ‘draft report’ produced by the ‘Defence Aboriginal Advisory Group’, using a miniscule sample size of uninvestigated reports… Yes, more quality ‘journalism’:

erblsystemicracismincanadianmilitary800x800

“‘Indigenous’ {‘Siberian settler’} members of the Canadian military face “systemic racism”, according to a draft report obtained by ‘CBC News’ that calls for an external review…

“Of the 230 ‘indigenous’ military members canvassed by the ‘Defence Aboriginal Advisory Group’ group, only 16 responded, reporting 40 incidents.

Despite the low response rate, the group said the problem is widespread {?} and many incidents go unreported over fear of reprisal {Evidence?}…  Continue reading ‘Systemic Racism’ In Canadian Military?’

‘Pulling Canada Backwards’

“It is not uncommon to attend an event at a university, community gathering or even a ‘Speech from the Throne’ at the Ontario Legislature, and hear the {foolish} words:

“We would like to thank [X or Y] ‘First Nation’ {‘Siberian settler community’} for hosting us.”

{Although they’re never actually hosting anything, and have been paid multiple times over for their ancestors’ former lands…}

erblpullingcanadabackwards800x800

“This month, the ‘Toronto District School Board’ asked all schools in the district to begin every day, before ‘O Canada’, with the {phony} acknowledgment.  Continue reading ‘Pulling Canada Backwards’

‘The Chilcotin Massacre’

“I have cousins in several Indian bands and am proud of that connection, and am equally proud of my ancestors who came from all over Europe seeking a better life. But it wasn’t an easy road… ERBLRewritingHistory--TheChilcotinMassacre800x800My great-great grandfather…was murdered by Chilcotin (Tsilhqot’in) Indian bandits in 1864. It’s been a bone of contention with me that Donald McLean’s killers were hailed as heroes by latter-day Chilcotin politicians who demanded an apology from the B.C. government for their trial and execution.

“It vexes me even more that they got what they wanted from Christy Clark in 2014. Many years ago, when I attended an assembly of Chilcotin chiefs held to demand that apology, I stood up and suggested that a good first step toward their goal would be for them to first apologize for the murder of my ancestor by their forebears.

“This wasn’t viewed kindly at a meeting designed to stoke up fire among the converted, and I was branded a ‘racist’ Continue reading ‘The Chilcotin Massacre’

‘HAPPY CANADA DAY!’

HAPPY CANADA DAY! ERBLHappyCanadaDay2016800x800This is the most sensational realism in all of mankind’s history, and if you were with me on the skytrain in Vancouver, hearing the sweet sound of laughter and hope from people of every race, creed and colour on the globe, who COUNT ON our freedom, democracy and inclusion, you’d feel what I feel for the extraordinary ability we have to do this.

Everyone who comes here wants to share the dream of freedom, so let’s celebrate Canada Day by reminding our native friends we are all in this together, and to teach our new immigrants our contemporary way of life, and give them hope to dream of aspiring to our level of excellence in Canadian culture and society.

This is the place dreams are made of.  Continue reading ‘HAPPY CANADA DAY!’

GET ACTIVE! GET THE PETITION SIGNED
EVERYONE…all of us.

We can’t stay here in an echo chamber telling endless stories of how broken down the Canadian ‘Indian Industry’ and reserve system is due to race laws and segregation, and not do anything about this situation.

As the president and planner of END RACE BASED LAW inc.,  I am pulling the plug on the frequency of the extensively long articles on this page, for a while, because we are all going to start getting the legal petition signed across this great nation. THE ONLY SOVEREIGN NATION we should all work towards improving, together.

IF YOU WANT CHANGE, GET INVOLVED.
Get the petition signed.
No amount of posts or comments here will change a thing if we don’t get active.

WHAT CAN YOU DO TO HELP?

Lots! From ideas on how to organize PETITION signing; to forming coffee parties to have friends over to sign the PETITION; to showing up with the PETITION at festivals, trade shows, and political gatherings of all kinds, in all the corners of the country, in every ethnic group, every business, every union, every government organization; to helping get the PETITION printed out and also mailed in, because this is a legal petition, not an online one.

Online petitions carry no legal weight in the house of commons, but the PETITION Gerry Gagnon drafted up was passed by the Clerk of Petitions in Ottawa. We have to do it the old fashioned way and sign it, and send it back to me, so make the effort. We need doers in this.

Let’s share ideas and contacts, this is a team effort and we need all our friends on board, red, green, yellow, blue and all the blended shades between. This is about equal rights under the law, and a future we must all enter together, as fellow countrymen & women.

I wanted this page and our websites to educate Canadians for a while before we got to petition signing, so they had some balance to the previously one sided conversation, and also to archive it all for generations to come. That was very important to Gerry Gagnon and I.

MANY THANKS for the extensive research done by Gerry Gagnon. We all now have a library of articles, facts, figures, laws and stories that back-up the blatant existence of tainted defamation coming from a negatively enhanced and even fabricated narrative that’s become the backbone of the race based blame game extortion industry. Your work has been impressive Gerry, and we are all grateful for your contributions. Now we need to get your PETITION signed, or it’s all for not.

I have all new t-shirts coming, so stay tuned!

PETITION TO
THE HOUSE OF COMMONS:

WE, the undersigned citizens of Canada,
draw the attention of the Government
of Canada to the following:

THAT whereas the Indian Act and Section 91(24)
of the Constitution Act, (1867)
have divided Canadians by race and heritage;
have perpetuated the unequal treatment of Canadian Indians,
providing the legal framework for segregation via the reserve system;
have prevented reserve Indians from equal provincial educational access;
have prevented reserve Indians from having the full legal, economic
and property rights and opportunities of other Canadian citizens;

AND whereas the inclusion of Sections 35
and 25 in the Constitution Act (1982) have divided
Canadians by race and heritage;
have disrupted legal commercial and exploration activities;
have introduced legal uncertainty into property ownership;
have left some Canadians without proper police protection,
as in Caledonia, Ont.;
and have left most Canadians with diminished rights
with every expansion of ‘indigenous rights’ based on Section 35;

AND whereas the inclusion of “with particular
attention to the circumstances of aboriginal offenders”
in Section 718.2(e) of the Criminal Code
(R.S.C., 1985, c. C-46)
has resulted in a two- tiered system of justice,
wherein Canadians receive different legal outcomes,
depending on their race/ethnic heritage;

AND whereas the United Nations
“Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples”
contains provisions that are fundamentally
incompatible
with Canada’s constitutional framework;

THEREFORE, your Petitioners call upon the
Government of Canada to take the following actions:

THE passage of the repeal of the Indian Act;

THE passage of the removal of “with particular
attention to the circumstances of aboriginal
offenders” in Section 718.2(e) of the
Criminal Code (R.S.C., 1985, c. C-46);

THE removal of Canada’s signature from the
United Nations “Declaration on the Rights of
Indigenous Peoples”;

THE calling of a Constitutional conference,
pursuant to Section 35.1 of the
Constitution Amendment Proclamation (1983),
leading to the repeal of Sections 35 and 25
of the Constitution Act (1982),
and Section 91(24) of the Constitution Act (1867);

THE active encouragement of the provincial
legislatures to do the same, or via provincial referenda;
and the calling of a federal/provincial Constitutional
conference to finalize these changes desired by
the people of Canada,
including setting a date for the
final termination of
Treaty and land claims submissions.

‘How We Teach History Matters Most’

Canada’s most prolific living historian, on the falsification of Canadian history:

“…to anyone with eyes to see, Canada is not a failure, but an overwhelming success. What is happening in our schools is political indoctrination, grounded in unbalanced historical nonsense.”ERBLHowWeTeachHistoryMattersMost800x800“Political correctness carried to ludicrous extremes…would be — and is — history that teaches Canadians, native-born and recent arrivals, that their country is an abomination.

“Unfortunately, that is the history that is today being taught to Canadian children. Yet, to anyone with eyes to see, Canada is not a failure, but an overwhelming success. What is happening in our schools is political indoctrination, grounded in unbalanced historical nonsense…”  Continue reading ‘How We Teach History Matters Most’

‘Moving Beyond Race’

“I believe that it’s the civic duty of Canadians, especially our elites, to promote social, political and legal arrangements that lessen race consciousness — that appeal to our higher and better instincts as expressed by our liberal values…ERBLMovingBeyondRace800x800“The arrangements comprised of the ‘Indian Act’ and all its manifestations, and now ‘Haida Nation’ and ‘Tsilhcot’in’ and all of their manifestations…are increasing negative, exclusionary, race consciousness in Canada.

“These new arrangements being foisted on Canadians emanate from exclusionary race-thinking and, as such, are retrograde and stunting to the human spirit. They contain no social scaffolding upon which to build social relations based on forward-looking, racially-inclusive, universalist, aspirational, rational thought.  Continue reading ‘Moving Beyond Race’
